Lead a multitude of process improvement initiatives which drove down costs and improved results and culture through team alignment and the building of partnerships. One initiative reduced gift processing cycle times from seven days to one day while enhancing the value provided to donors through increased personalization. The work significantly improved staff commitment to the process.
Developed, implemented and managed the full technology stack which drives all foundation work. This is essential to making data-informed decisions through reports and dashboards. These systems are fully integrated, well-structured and maintained and have been recognized as leaders in the industry by external partners. A consultant mentioned that he was astonished how quickly and easily we were able to assemble a large dataset. He had never experienced with any other organization in philanthropy.
